现代社会中,志愿者扮演的角色越来越重要,志愿者这一重要的社会资源越来越得到人们的重视,如何更好地开发和利用志愿者资源成为人们关注的话题。本文在对我国志愿服务现状进行分析的基础上提出了志愿服务保障体系法律化、志愿服务激励人性化的志愿者激励机制的建设构想。

In the modern society,the young volunteers are playing a more and more important role,and the society is also paying more and more attention to this resource, and as a result,how to explore and make better use of it has become a subject of social interest.This paper,based on the analysis of current situation of China's voluntary service,brings up a conception of constructing volunteer incentive system in jurisdiction of security system of voluntary service and humanization of the incentive system of voluntary service.
