自我效能感理论在教学中的应用

摘要：
介绍了班都拉关于自我效能感的学习动机理论 ,分析了自我效能感对学习的功能及其形成的影响因素 ,提出了该理论在教学过程中应用的重要性和可行性 ,以使该理论对教师教学和学生学习起到帮助作用。
Abstract：This paper introduces Albert Bandera's learning motives on perceived self efficiency and analyzes the influence and effect of the theory on learning. It also presents the importance and feasibility to apply the theory to practical teaching; the application is expected to be beneficial to both teaching and learning.
